New changes.

On behalf of staff, and Kyle; there has and will be some changes made in the future.
-
Bulba is demoted by kyle, and now kyle is the new owner. Why? Ask Kyle [ Skittles ] yourself :] .
-
The server will no longer be called BulbasaurMS soon. It'll have a new name.
-
There will be a gfx team. [ translation : website designers that can work with photoshop to create attractive images. ]

The server will have new features. [example : UFJ.]

well maibe we sould call the server not by someones name but the name of something ex:show , animel, etc. for example DarkShadowsMs or TigerMs i mean something like dat.
